Before we do any bar or food station at a party, we work out the whole set up and presentation exactly as we envision it… in our office… here’s our sgroppino station… iced copper bowl for whipping sorbet, vodka and prosecco into a frothy blend that is then pouring in flutes and topped with a floater of limoncello… delish!
