Visiting the White House as part of the State Department’s launch of the Diplomatic Culinary Partnership… particularly the Chef Corps, which I’m happy to be a part of… incredible honor… I am surprised how small the White House kitchen is even though I know how much they can turn out of this place on a regular basis! Very impressed…

Before we do any bar or food station at a party, we work out the whole set up and presentation exactly as we envision it… in our office… here’s our sgroppino station… iced copper bowl for whipping sorbet, vodka and prosecco into a frothy blend that is then pouring in flutes and topped with a floater of limoncello… delish!
